V-Line Services LLC, serving as Prime Contractor with Place Services, Inc. as Subcontractor, is executing an $8.6 million renovation project at the Dayton VA Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio for the Department of Veterans Affairs. The scope includes complete site preparation, demolition, and removal of existing structures, followed by the professional renovation of Primary Care buildings to align with the PACT care model. Additionally, the project involves constructing a connecting corridor that enables seamless movement of patients from the Women’s Clinic Building (Bldg. 341) to the main hospital without entering active patient care areas. The improvements also include a new 1,890 SF addition, contributing to a total project footprint of 41,439 SF.
