V-Line Services LLC completed a critical Emergency Electrical Systems Upgrade for the VA Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System in Biloxi, restoring electrical reliability across multiple medical buildings. The project addressed deficiencies from the VA’s 2019 testing report by replacing and repairing key ATS components, breakers, trip units, and related assemblies. Working in an active medical center, V-Line closely coordinated outages, communicated daily with VA leadership, and maintained strict safety controls to ensure uninterrupted patient care. Upgrades spanned several buildings and systems, including transfer switch rooms, main switchboards, feeder walls, chiller plant switchgear, mental health distribution, and parking garage ATS locations.
